Getting the best fit for you

To enjoy optimal performance from your hearing aid, it’s vital to get the correct fit, right from the start. That’s why the Hearing Hub provides a comprehensive 3 step hearing aid fitting process.

Step 1

We begin by reviewing the results of your hearing tests and discussing your goals for improved hearing. We assess your level of hearing loss, the shape of your ears, your lifestyle, eyesight and dexterity to identify a hearing device to suit your requirements.

Step 2

Once your chosen hearing aid arrives, we get you to come back in for a fitting session. During this session we’ll show you how to operate and maintain your hearing aid and give you the chance to practise wearing it. We’ll ensure it sits correctly and run a series of tests to fine tune the settings for you, to make sure it meets your needs.

Step 3

We’ll then schedule a follow up consultation to check in with you, answer your questions and make further adjustments as needed. We’re proud to provide ongoing support for the life of your device, including free lifetime servicing on all our products. At the Hearing Hub, we’re committed to supporting you, now and into the future.
