If you’re struggling to decide on the right hearing aid technology for you, take the no-risk option and try before you buy, to ensure you make the right decision and find the best hearing solution to meet your needs.

Available to eligible customers, our Love It or Leave It free trial starts with a free assessment and evaluation of your hearing needs. We then recommend hearing solutions to best meet your needs, allowing you to take a product home to try before you buy. Enjoy a complimentary 60 day risk-free trial and then let us know if you love it or want to leave it.

If you love it, pay for your new hearing device and enjoy your new life. If you don’t love it, leave the product with us and trial an alternate device. You only pay when you are completely happy with your chosen device. No risk. No fuss. No hassle.

Conditions

Only one set of hearing aids (or individual hearing aid) may be trialled at any time.
If you decide you want to leave your new device, return it to us in full working order so you can start another trial period with an alternate product.
If you decide you love your new device and wish to keep it, payment is required at the completion of the trial period.
Clients are eligible to access the Love It or Leave It free trial once every 24 months.
Additional access to the program is at the discretion of the Hearing Hub staff.
The Love It or Leave It trial period is deemed to start at the first hearing aid fitting appointment.
